I'm a passionate chef that takes food from your memories to your tables
king has been my passion since when I was a child and, after
completing my Hospitality School Diploma, I have been gathering
experience in Restaurants and Hotels in Italy, Europe and Australia.
In the past few years I approached a different lifestyle and
philosophy, which led me to become a Vegan and to reinvent my
recipes and experiment new ones, discovering both new ingredients
and dishes. I am a team worker and all-rounder, as one of the
fundamental skills in the kitchen is to cooperate and be able to
share and gain knowledge from others.
Since the pandemic I have been creative.I started a cooking
channel on YouTube with my wife till we opened our own cafe in
