I am a professional chef with 14 years of experience, and I’m proud to say that my food has brought joy to many people over the years. I completed my studies in culinary arts in 2009 and had my first professional kitchen experience in Italy in 2010. Since then, I have worked in a variety of cities and settings, including restaurants, hotels, and private dining, continuously expanding my skills and perspective.
Originally from Argentina, I have a deep love for open-fire cooking and proudly work with my own grill setup. My cooking is strongly inspired by Francis Mallmann, whose approach to fire, simplicity, and respect for ingredients greatly influences my style.
Outside the kitchen, I enjoy the outdoors, playing rugby union and surfing, activities that reflect my appreciation for nature and balance. I am currently based in Australia and truly enjoying my time here, and I am excited to share my cooking and create memorable dining experiences for people in the area.
