Chef Francesco Marullo

HI, I am Francesco, a professional chef who comes from Italy.

Being a Chef was my dream since I was little when I made my first cakes with my mother for me was a magic.

I started in a restaurant near Milan where I learned traditional Italian cuisine, love for food and ingredients.

Then driven by passion I started working for Luxury Hotels and Michelin star restaurants first in Italy then in France and England.

I have done fine dining for most of my career and I love the pressure and the quite that you need for work in high restaurants, but I also love traditional and more simple cuisine.

In these restaurants I learned many skills like how to manage my life, create a menu and understand the need clients can have.

I have been here in Australia for almost two years and I work in one of the best restaurants in Brisbane where I have a sponsor and I continue my path in this Australia that I love.

I have a really open mind and I specialize in modern Italian and French cuisine, but I'm also crazy about Asian cuisine, especially Chinese and Japanese.
