I’m a professional and qualified chef, changed the path of my career 7 years ago and since then went deep into it, working multiple jobs, different cuisines, meeting and learning from different people, cultures that made me few really comfortable and confident to execute something that I love for life, food!
I’m Brazilian, so can’t deny that I do love a good barbecue, have a professional smoker at home and really enjoy my free time making different things (even when I have to wait for 24h or more to have it ready).
Brazilian/Italian background combines a lot of different dishes, add some twix with my knowledge and I can ensure you, there’s no leftovers!!!
