As Chef/Director of 089-FUN•DINING, my culinary world is a vibrant tapestry woven from my Italian roots and a deep love affair with Japanese and broader Asian cuisine - a passion ignited in 2013 when I met my incredible wife, Keiko.

My approach is all about FUN: creating interactive and shareable dining experiences that bring people together.

Beyond the delicate artistry of Asian flavours, I'm equally passionate about the primal allure of the BBQ. Whether it's the theatrical sizzle of a Hibachi grill searing OP Ribs or Butterfly fish, or the patient, smoky magic of Low & Slow brisket, pastrami, and ribs, i thrive on mastering the flames.
