Passionate for food and cooking I am always looking for the best way to present a beautiful but also incredibly tasty dish.
I am a professional chef currently leaving in Australia and splitting my work time between my own business and the beautiful organisation OzHarvest & Refettorio restaurant. I did my studies at TAFE NSW and after that have worked in restaurants and many functions, both as full time or agency chef. My dream was always to open my own business and after a bit of immersion on the hospitality world I realized that catering and private chef work is what fulfill me the most, the straight contact with your client, the possibility to create and help them to build the best experience to their guests really enchants me.
With a Modern Australian cuisine infused with Brazilian influence and a touch of European flair I am capable to build the best menus focused on artisan food, slow process and low waste that will make your event remarkable.
