My passion for food is as strong as my passion for travel. Combining these two passions I hope to bring flavours from around the world into your home.

I am a qualified chef with 12 years of experience, having worked in kitchens across Australia and around the world since the age of 15.

My cooking style is like a good party — smart and casual. I enjoy creating both shared-style and plated menus, drawing inspiration from a range of cuisines including Modern Australian, Asian fusion, and contemporary interpretations of Latin American food.

Chef Jack was wonderful - it was our first time using this service and we were so happy with how it turned out. Jack was friendly, helpful in planning the menu, and happy to accommodate our request for extra desserts for the kids! He arrived punctually and took the time to get to know us as a family, talking to both the kids and adults while setting up everything in the kitchen. His menu suggestions suited us perfectly and we really enjoyed having a chance to hear about his travel adventures while he prepared, as well as details about the meal. The food was delicious and he kindly involved our youngest son in the preparation of the dessert! Kids and adults were full and happy when he left and the kitchen was spotless - what a great experience. We’d certainly recommend Chef Jack to anyone looking for a wonderful and unique way to enjoy a special dinner !
