South West–based chef creating seasonal menus with local WA produce and more than 15 years of fine dining experience.

I am particularly passionate about using local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients that harmonize with the area and respect the environment. I believe that this approach not only enhances the flavors of the dishes but also supports local farmers and sustainable practices.

I have a long culinary journey, which I believe reflects my passion and dedication to the art of cooking. I began my career in Argentina, where I worked in various restaurants, gaining invaluable experience and a deep appreciation for diverse culinary traditions.

Following, I had the opportunity to spend a season in Europe. This experience enriched my skills and allowed me to explore different cuisines and cooking techniques.

After returning from Europe, I relocated to Australia, where I continued my culinary journey in various kitchens, specializing in fine dining.

Recently, I have shifted my focus to providing sophisticated catering services for private events, particularly in the Byron Bay area. I specialize in creating memorable dining experiences for intimate gatherings, where I take pride in crafting exquisite menus that cater to the unique preferences of my clients.

Currently based in Margaret River, I am eager to contribute my knowledge and experience to create memorable dining experiences for clients. I specialize in providing sophisticated catering services for private events, crafting exquisite menus for intimate gatherings of up to 15 people, all while prioritizing fresh and local produce.
