I'm Kirk, a Toronto-trained chef with over 13 years of professional experience across Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.

My culinary journey has taken me through diverse restaurant kitchens, where I've developed my skills, explored different cooking styles and worked in senior chef roles. Each experience has shaped the way I approach food today.

With Caribbean roots and an international background, my cooking brings together the flavours, cultures and experiences I've encountered throughout my career. I enjoy experimenting with ingredients, exploring different techniques and putting my own contemporary spin on familiar dishes.

My style is bold, creative and approachable. I believe great food doesn't have to be overly complicated or excessively refined. It's about understanding flavours, respecting ingredients and creating something people genuinely enjoy eating.
