With over three years of experience as a Head Chef in Australia, I excel in leading kitchen teams, developing menus, and delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and strong flavour. My global background has shaped my ability to adapt, innovate, and maintain excellent culinary and operational standards.
