I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. My career began as a dishwasher, where I quickly developed a passion for the craft and worked my way up to positions of increasing responsibility. I had the privilege of working alongside a renowned two Michelin-starred chef, receiving exceptional training and gaining invaluable experience in high-caliber kitchens.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I studied at a prestigious culinary school in Malta, further honing my skills and deepening my understanding of the culinary arts. My professional journey also led me to travel extensively throughout Europe, where I immersed myself in diverse culinary traditions, expanding my knowledge and expertise in a variety of cuisines. I am now based in Australia, where I continue to apply my expertise, contributing to the local culinary scene.
