For me cooking is all about executing to perfection whilst having the biggest smile on your face.
I am a professional Chef with more than 4 years of experience working in the highest level of fine dining. During the last 4 years I have travelled across the world working in amazing kitchens including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Switzerland, Spain and Denmark. Two of my proudest accomplishments in my professional career include having had the opportunity to work at Noma at the time they were awarded the 3rd Michelin star and the best restaurant of the world in 2021. Also, had the amazing opportunity to work for my childhood hero in Chile at Borago (#26 in the Worlds 50 Best Restaurants 2019). I have recently started a new adventure in Sydney and Im very much looking forward to sharing and connecting with my guests in a unique and personal experience.
