I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience in the kitchen. I started to work in the kitchen at the early age of 14 while I was still studying cookery. After getting my chef diploma in Italy I went in London where I worked for a 2 Michelin stars chef, I also worked in Spain before I came to Australia where I worked as head chef in a famous fine dining restaurant in Perth.
