Hey there! My name is Max and I'm originally from the Netherlands, a country known for it's creamy golden "gouda"-cheese, raw fish and fermented vegetables. During my traveltime in europe I spend days and days learning about local cuisine and traditional techniques. I took the skills and knowledge back to the netherlands and started giving cooking courses.
