Im a very passionate chef who loves creating majic in the kitchen

I am a professional chef who has been cooking for 22 years I have worked all around the world in some of the most prestigious catering companies in Europe.

I specialise in fine dining Italian and Pan- Asian cuisine I love doing anyone from 2 -200 and have a passion for canape functions .

I have been a Private Chef for the last 8 years and prior was doing Major Events around Australia including Moto go, Grand Prix .

Im very competent in corporate events also

Great food - seamless

Melissa’s service for my wife’s birthday was absolutely excellent. She served us a wonderful menu and explained each course as well as providing suggested wines to accompany our courses. Truly magnificent and a highlight of our holiday.

Mel was fantastic. Her food was amazing and the experience of having a professional chef in our home was something we had always wanted to do... we were able to have matching wines as Mel sent the menu days before. Every mouthful of food was full of flavour and melted in our mouth. We cannot wait to do this again . Leonie
