With over 14 years of culinary experience spanning three countries, I bring a depth of flavour, technique, and passion to every table I set. My journey began in Greece, working across the sun-drenched Greek islands and the vibrant restaurant scene of Athens, where I developed a deep respect for fresh produce, bold Mediterranean flavours, and the art of genuine hospitality.

Seeking new challenges, I moved to the United Kingdom where I spent two years cooking in one of the country's finest countryside hotel. It was there that I had the privilege of serving members of the royal family an experience that sharpened my eye for detail, elevated my standards of service, and reinforced the importance of precision, discretion, and excellence at every level.

Australia has been home to some of the most rewarding chapters of my career. Across multiple venues and private engagements, I have cooked for a remarkable range of high-profile clients, consistently delivering bespoke dining experiences that are as memorable as they are refined. My cooking draws on global technique while staying grounded in quality seasonal produce and bold, honest flavour.

Beyond the kitchen, one of my greatest passions has taken me to the water. Cooking aboard superyachts in Australian waters has been an extraordinary addition to my journey. A world that demands creativity, adaptability, and a warm, friendly energy that makes guests feel truly at home, no matter where in the world they happen to be.
