with the extensive pre opening knowledge in city hotels & Beach resorts , casual French Bistro , fine dinning steak House , events & outdoor catering operations & including kitchen Design concepts, lay out of the food & beverage training with dynamic front of house attitude and great guest relations skill.
I am extremely skilled at putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creative new combinations and experimenting with new flavors while being careful not to compromise the freshness and the originality of the food I prepare Modern presentations for Al'a carte , Buffet & Events functions..
