Italian sommelier and private chef, blending Piedmont, Liguria, and beyond with high-level wine pairings to bring real Italian dining into your home.

I am an Italian sommelier with a deep passion for food and wine. I have been cooking since I was a young girl, a passion passed down from my father, himself the son of a chef for Sicily’s upper bourgeoisie. Cooking has always been my natural language, shaped by memory, territory, and conviviality.

My path has not been conventional: I studied engineering, but my love for wine, craft beer, and good food led me to take a new direction - one that is more authentic and deeply my own. I earned my AIS Level III Sommelier certification in Piedmont, in the Langhe region, home to some of the world’s greatest wines, such as Barolo and Barbaresco.

My cuisine draws inspiration from the two regions that shaped me - Piedmont and Liguria - with their elegant, clean, seasonal flavors, while never forgetting my Southern Italian roots, which re-emerge through aromas, generosity, and intensity of taste.

My signature dish is "Vitello tonnato alla vecchia maniera": an explosion of umami with a beautiful texture, designed to be the undisputed companion of a great glass of Nebbiolo.
