I’m a Melbourne-based chef with Italian roots, trained in modern European and contemporary Australian cuisine. I’ve worked across Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurants, running kitchens, developing menus, and leading teams with precision and discipline .

I care about flavour, consistency, and creating food that feels genuine. For me, hospitality is about respect, craft, and giving people something memorable to enjoy.
