I’m Rezo Teimurazov — a much-lauded Chef with more than twenty years of experience, restauranteur, entrepreneur and innovation.
I worked in the best restaurants in Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi). I’m well-versed in the art of Georgian cooking. I worked in well-known restaurants in Ukraine, Russia and Australia as well.
My native cuisine is Georgian, it is my soul and I simply cannot see my life without talking and cooking these dishes, that's why there are so many dishes of this cuisine in our menu.
I also knows Mediterranean cuisine, in particular Italian, very well - I worked for a long time in restaurants specializing in this cuisine.
And the delicious meat that I cook on the grill, you will never forget! This is a real masterpiece!
I worked as a private chef with the famous footballer — Kakha Kaladze who was considered one of Georgia's most important players.
I moved to Brisbane one year ago and for 7 months have been working in the one of the best restaurants here. It was Greek restaurant what is located under the Story bridge.
I can cook everything tasty — from iconic Georgian dishes like hot cheese bread (khachapuri) and unctious mouthwatering dumplings (khinkali) to rich aubergine stew (Ajapsandali) and poussin in walnut sauce (Ckmeruli)!
