30 years of experience in culinary arts and gastronomy. Graduated from a reputable culinary academy and after that i continue studying gastronomy.
I am working in this industry because i like to cook since I was ten or twelve yo
I am half British half Germany and half Chinese but resides in Australia since 2010.
I have a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu and after i earn my degree i try to test my skill by open my own restaurant in my hometown and now i am quite proud to tell my restaurant was always busy, crowded and are having it's own loyal customers.
