Princess Cruise ship, igniting a culinary journey that
would shape my career. Two years later, Bali's vibrant
culinary scene beckoned, leading me to the kitchens of
Sofitel Bali in 2014. The island's rich flavors and
techniques became my canvas.
In the crisp dawn 2017, an opportunity to explore
Australia's diverse culinary landscape emerged, backed
by a generous sponsorship. Eager to embrace new
challenges, I crossed oceans once more. Now, in the
heart of Australia, I find myself poised to further elevate
my craft, weaving together the threads of my
experiences from sea to island to continent. This is a
journey of flavors, a story yet unfolding, with each dish
an ode to passion and dedication.
