I am Shivam, a passionate, experienced, hands-on & creative Chef with over a decade and half of experience in my culinary journey. As a passionate and driven chef, I am excited about putting my skills to contribute to your culinary delight.
I bring substantial expertise in ensuring compliance with HACCP cleanliness standards applicable to a commercial kitchen. Expertise in handling multifaceted situations while maintaining productive relationships with all team members and customers.
My work experience with several international hospitality chains has provided me with a lot of exposure to diverse cuisines. Being a creative person, I enjoy experimenting with new flavor & have been recognized for my ability to prepare signature dishes having never disappointed my employers.
Also, I have been an entrepreneur (Chef-Patron) of award winning restaurants.
