I've attended a professional Chef School for 3 years in Rome, Italy. After obtain a chef qualification I decided to do a internship for 3 months at Sheraton Hotel Roma. I worked for 4 years in Rome between different restaurants and hotels, in this time I've learnt the base of the Italian cuisine. In 2008 pushed by the will to expand my knowledge I went to London. I spent 4 years working for different tipe of restaurants, where I learnt a lot about international's cooking style and taste. Then 12 years ago I moved to Australia, where I travelled around discovering native flavours and cooking influence.
