The experience with Solange was absolutely wonderful. We had great conversation and so much fun getting to know her. The food was amazing and so special with ingredients coming straight from her garden. We loved everything about the experience and will definitely have her back next time we come to Brazil!

The chef was extremely personable and engaging. The food was prepared and presented better than most restaurants. I would highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience! You can tell Solange puts her heart and soul in her food. So much flavor in every course we had. The moqueca was delicious! Highly recommended!

Wow, where do o begin. This experience was so amazing and I’m ever so pleased to have met Chef Solange. Our correspondence beforehand was smooth, prompt and clear and she arrived on time with THE FRESHEST ingredients. Being local she has contacts for some hard-to-find ingredients on the island and she had gotten fish from a fisherman directly that was literally hour’s fresh. On top of that, she was genuinely a pleasure and even gave me some cooking tips. It was like having an extra friend in the room with us as we dined. I would absolutely do this again and so very much recommend this experience. Thank you so much, Solange!

Solange prepared an excellent dinner for my group of friends on our last night together in Brazil. She personalized the menu with local dishes. We were impressed with the feast she prepared in such a small kitchen. Her communication was excellent and she arrived on time.

Tivemos uma experiência fantástica com a chef Solange. Eu não moro em Floripa mas quis dar um almoço especial para o aniversário do meu pai. Fiquei na dúvida se esta seria a opção certa, considerando que seria um almoço para 3 pessoas somente (e não uma festa). Mas conversando com a chef Solange, percebi que seria ótimo. Ela me mandou várias opções de menu. Todas as opções pareciam ótimas. Eu escolhi uma e fiz alguns comentários de feedback. Para minha surpresa, ela usou minhas pequenas sugestões para ir muito além e reinventou o menu baseado no meu feedback. Achei isso muito legal. Ficou muito personalizado. Todo mundo adorou a experiência. A chef interagiu com meus pais e serviu um almoço maravilhoso. Foi muito bem caprichado e muito bem servido. Aliás, essa era outra preocupação que eu tinha: que talvez fosse pouco. Mas não foi um menu muito farto e completo. Todo mundo adorou. Obrigado, chef Solange.

Chef Solange was excellent!! I requested a traditional Brazilian Brunch for my Birthday. Chef Solange and her assistant Anielle were lovely and the food was a delight! From the consultation through her departure she was highly communicative, accommodating and professional. It was truly an intimate afternoon to remember, I highly recommend Chef Solange and this experience and will book again in the future!

Recebemos a Chef Solange em nosso Airbnb e foi maravilhosa. Experiência única de ter um chef em casa. A comida era saborosa e a Solange uma querida. Preocupada com cada detalhe , até na decoração da mesa , localização para ficar mais aconchegante. O que sobrou ficou para almoçarmos no dia seguinte. Recomendamos !
