Bold with spices, and a perfectionist in the finishing touches of the dishes.

I've been a professional chef for 3 years, but my passion for cooking began long before that. I come from a family with deep roots in gastronomy: my paternal grandfather was an Arab chef in Lebanon, while my maternal grandmother was a cook in Italy. This multicultural heritage directly influenced my cooking style, which values ​​authentic flavors, traditional techniques, and meticulous attention to detail.

Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to travel to various countries in the Middle East and Asia, immersing myself in rich cultures and learning directly from local chefs. Each dish I prepare carries a bit of these experiences, resulting in unique and flavorful creations.
