J'ai commencé à travailler dans des restaurants italiens étoilés très jeune puis j'ai ouvert un restaurant à Rome et un à Catane à mon compte puis j'ai beaucoup voyagé dans les trattorias et petits restaurants à travers l'Italie pour découvrir des notions et des recettes de la tradition culinaire de la belle Je suis depuis quelques années sur la plateforme Takeachef en Italie et je déménage maintenant en Suisse et plus précisément à Genève et ses alentours Je souhaite apporter l'émotion d'une expérience de cuisine traditionnelle italienne à vos tables
