I bring together flavours from around the world to create thoughtful, personalised dining experiences that feel truly special.

I'm Arela, a private chef and graduate of the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, Spain, where I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

My culinary journey has taken me across Europe and the Caribbean, gaining experience in renowned kitchens such as StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz and Michelin-starred Lúa, led by chef Manuel Domínguez, both in Madrid. I also gained valuable experience in luxury hospitality at Eden Roc Cap Cana, part of Relais & Châteaux, and explored the creative side of gastronomy through recipe development and food styling at Cookify in Barcelona.

Alongside these experiences, I've worked as a private chef for families in Austria and London, creating everything from personalised daily menus during extended stays to intimate dinners and special celebrations.

My approach to cooking is inspired by the Mediterranean, but my passion extends far beyond one cuisine. I love exploring different culinary traditions, particularly Spanish, Italian, Peruvian and other Latin American cuisines, combining flavours and techniques to create dishes that are both creative and authentic.

Now based on the French Riviera, I believe every dining experience should feel personal. Whether it's a relaxed family lunch, an elegant dinner or a special celebration, I enjoy creating thoughtful menus that reflect my guests' tastes, the occasion and the pleasure of sharing good food.
