I am a Trinidadian born chef , who now lives in France after being a travel in -flight chef for a few years based in Abu Dhabi. I have worked with 5 star Hotel Brands as well as VIP dining services and events . I am enjoying tasting and cooking my way through France as I infuse the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with the haut cuisine of France .
