I am a committed and creative chef who loves to connect with people through generous, elegant cuisine inspired by the sun and the seasons.
Raised between the wild beauty of Corsica and the vibrant energy of Paris, I grew up with a deep love for exceptional ingredients and the magic of gathering around a table.
Cooking and pastry have always been part of my life — a way to create beauty, connection, and unforgettable memories.
After eight fulfilling years in the world of luxury and strategy consulting, I chose to return to my true passion: gastronomy.
I trained at École Ducasse, named the Best Culinary Institution in the World in 2023 and 2024, and had the privilege of learning alongside some of the greatest Chefs.
My cuisine is guided by a deep respect for the seasons, for honest products, and for the joy of indulgence.
Today, based between, Provence and the South of France and Corsica, I offer bespoke culinary experiences across Europe, bringing generosity, precision, and a love for good food to every event.
