For the past 6+ years, I have dedicated my expertise to the world of private service, working as a Private Chef for discerning clients in the UK and Monaco, where I currently reside and hold the role of Executive Private Chef.
My cuisine is deeply rooted in Mediterranean and Eastern European tradition, yet my curiosity has led me to explore and master modern European, Southeast Asian, Indian, and Arabic cuisines. Fine dining is my greatest passion: I love creating exciting menus using only ingredients of the highest excellence.
I am extremely flexible and capable of adapting any proposal to specific dietary preferences. My experience allows me to seamlessly manage meal preparations for large groups during summer events in prestigious locations, always ensuring an impeccable and bespoke service.
