I’m Faramarz, a passionate cook who loves welcoming people with delicious, comforting meals. I learned to cook from my Iranian mother, mastering the art of flavors that are rich, deeply spiced but never too hot, and always satisfying. My roots are in Iranian and Afghan cuisine, but my journey has added its own spice to my cooking. Growing up as a refugee in India, I developed a second home there, and my food reflects this blend of cultures. I mix traditional Afghan and Iranian recipes with the vibrant spices and influences of India, creating dishes that are both familiar and adventurous. For me, cooking is about more than just flavor; it’s about bringing people together and sharing a story with every meal.
