Get to know me better

Tradition with a modern mindset. Real ingredients, genuine emotions. For me, every dish must have memory, flavor, and identity.

I am Arnese Federico, an Executive Chef & Private Chef based in Turin.

Graduated from culinary school, I bring with me over 17 years of experience gained across Italy and abroad.

I have worked in Monte Carlo at Twiga by Flavio Briatore, in London for the opening of a new venue within the Briatore group, and in prestigious restaurants, including the kitchens of Gordon Ramsay. I have also collaborated with Joël Robuchon’s team in France and worked in Germany, as well as in several renowned Italian establishments.

After returning to Italy in 2019, I managed three venues in Vercelli, led the historic Pigna d’Oro in Pino Torinese, and oversaw the opening of a restaurant in Moncalieri, where I stayed for nearly two years. I then contributed to the launch of a fine dining restaurant in the center of Turin, an experience I recently concluded.

Today, I have chosen to fully dedicate myself to my career as a Private Chef — a path that allows me to combine technique, creativity, and a direct relationship with clients, bringing tailor-made gastronomic experiences directly into their homes.

Over time, I have deepened my knowledge of Italian cuisine in all its nuances — from tradition to modern cooking techniques — enriching it with international influences: French, English, Asian, Indian, Spanish, South American cuisine, and sushi.

My approach is rooted in the balance between Italian heritage and global influences, creating dishes that are elegant, intense, and full of personality.
