I put myself into every dish I create
I was born in Romania and moved to Italy at the age of 11, settling in Rome, where I attended middle school and later completed five years of culinary high school.
In 2018, after finishing my studies, I moved to Germany, where I lived and worked for seven years, further developing my professional and personal experience.
I currently live with my family on the French Riviera, in Nice, where I continue my journey as a chef.
