I love the table as a sharing moment… it is the perfect opportunity to travel without taking the plane
With a mom from Normandy and a dad from Guadeloupe, cooking has always been part of my culture. I used to spend all my type growing up with my grandparents and the thing I mostly saw is them cooking to gather all the family.
I saw them choose their ingredients and cook with a love that was amazing to notice.
I used to call my relatives from the age of 5 so they could guide me while cooking one of their recipe.
It took me time and practice to get closer to what they prepared.
My idea of cooking relies on the taste, I love spices, and slow cooked dish. I think I love as much the cooking part as the eating time
