With nearly two decades of culinary experience from Sydney to Monaco I’ve developed a “healthy-gourmet” style: refined, flavourful, and performance-oriented cuisine tailored to each guest.

I cook for professional athletes, families on vacation, and private clients seeking a premium dining experience at home or in villas. Every menu is crafted to match your preferences, lifestyle, and nutritional needs, blending elegance, wellness, and authenticity.
