I am a professionally trained chef with a degree in culinary arts , michelin trained and have worked in restaurants throughout Europe and the USA , i have a passion for pastry along with many other areas of cooking , at the minute I work as private chef for high profile clients around the globe , as sous chef of a restaurant in Nice France i helped earn a michelin star and joined yachting shortly afterwards , now I travel the globe working for clients everywhere
