About me
I am an experienced professional chef with over 25 years in the culinary industry. I have worked for Belmond (LVMH Group) aboard the Napoléon, where I spent several seasons as a chef in a high-end hospitality environment.
I am currently based in Avignon, in the south of France. I am used to working independently, managing daily menus, provisioning, hygiene standards, and delivering consistent quality to an international clientele. I am reliable, flexible, and comfortable with long seasons on board. My STCW certification only requires renewal, and I am available for the 2026 season.
