Private chef for more than 10 years, i'm more than all passionnate About cooking and pastry, and make people happy with my cuisine!
Trained since i was a young girl cooking with my mother who was a professional cook, giving me her passion for food.
10 years ago, creation of a private chef business.
10 years experience as chef on private villas, yacht, mountain chalets... for families, their friends and professional guests.
I did also a pastry training at Ferrandi School.
I do consulting for restaurants since I have a background on HACCP rules and organizations. I do menu creation and management.
I usually work as a chalet chef in French Alps (courchevel, Megeve,... ) for Russian, American, English clients... during winter season and as a villa chef the rest of time in French Rivieria ( Monaco, Nice, Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence, Saint Tropez...) but also in all France and abroad.
