My name is Vasilis Mavrommatis, a professional chef with over 12 years of experience in high-level gastronomy. I began my culinary journey at the age of 14, leaving school to dedicate myself fully to the craft of cooking, a decision that shaped both my discipline and identity as a chef.
Over the years, I have worked and traveled across Europe, building my expertise in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels, where precision, consistency, and excellence are essential. These experiences refined my technique and strengthened my ability to deliver sophisticated cuisine at the highest standards.
I specialize in precision-tailored culinary experiences, based on highly refined gluten-free and dairy-free gastronomy, developed with the same rigor and artistry as classical cuisine. Every menu is conceived entirely from scratch for each client, thoughtfully composed around their preferences, dietary needs, and the finest seasonal ingredients.
