Hello. My name is Vadic and I have been living on the French Riviera for 3 years. I am of Italian-Russian origin and speak Italian, Russian, and French. Having lived in 3 different countries, I like to mix a variety of flavours and culinary cultures. I have been a professional cook for over 10 years now and have worked in several restaurants in Monaco, but now I want to be close to my clients, cooking directly for them according to their tastes and preferences, adapting to each person. In my kitchen, I mix pleasure and healthy cooking. I am happy to adapt and modify my menus for my client’s personal needs.
Bonjour. Je m'appelle Vadic et je vis sur la Côte d'Azur depuis 3 ans. Je suis d'origine Italo-Russe et parle italien, russe et français. Ayant vécu dans 3 pays différents, j'aime mélanger une variété de saveurs et de cultures culinaires. Je suis cuisinier professionnel depuis plus de 10 ans maintenant et j'ai travaillé dans plusieurs restaurants à Monaco, mais maintenant je veux être proche de mes clients, cuisiner directement pour eux selon leurs goûts et préférences, en m'adaptant à chaque personne. Dans ma cuisine, je mêle plaisir et cuisine saine. Je suis heureux d’adapter et de modifier mes menus pour les besoins personnels de mon client.
