Hi, I am Adam Newth Personal Chef, welcome to my page.
Many of you will know me from The Tayberry Restaurant in Broughty Ferry, near Dundee. From opening in 2015 to closing in May 2023, The Tayberry welcomed thousands of guests through its doors and in that time achieved several accolades, along with being awarded 2 AA Rosettes and being in the Michelin Guide, every year since 2016. My food is best described as fantastic Scottish ingredients cooked with flare and precision.
Adam Newth Personal Chef is an exciting new venture that brings a very intimate dining experience into your home.
PERSONAL CHEF
Working with you to design your perfect menu, I take all the hassle away from you and ensure you enjoy the perfect meal with zero fuss. Whether it is for an intimate dinner for 2, or a large dinner party, I can provide a solution to fit.
CHEF DEMOS
Are you hosting an event or festival and looking for a chef demo? Look no further! I have done demos at the Royal Highland Show, Dundee Flower & Food Festival, ScotHot, Good Food Exhibition, Ideal Homes Exhibition and many more. I can work with suppliers at events to make sure we are showcasing local produce.
GUEST CHEF
Want to change it up for a night? I can come to your restaurant / café / bistro etc. and either cook a menu myself, or team up with your chef, to offer your guests something new. This has proved to be a wonderfully enjoyable night for everyone at previous events!
