I’m Alessandra Malacarne, an Italian private chef with a wealth of global culinary expertise, dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences. With over 15 years in the industry, my Italian cuisine, shaped by Michelin-star training, is enriched by diverse international influences. My time at the vegan-forward Mildreds and Mallow restaurants refined my ability to craft vibrant plant-based dishes, reflecting my commitment to sustainability and mindful attention to diverse dietary needs.

I honed my craft at the International Italian School of Lucca and trained under celebrated chefs, including Giuseppe Mancino at the two-Michelin-starred Principe di Piemonte and Giorgio Locatelli at the Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli. I further expanded my versatility exploring Italian-Spanish fusion cuisine with the Rosette-awarded Salt Yard Group.

Throughout my career, I have created bespoke menus and cooked for high-profile clients, including Foo Fighters, Madonna, Ed Sheeran, and the McCartney family, delivering tailored, memorable dining experiences.

From the delicate artistry of fresh pasta to innovative, elegant creations, I combine creativity with precision, offering culinary experiences designed to delight every sense.
