I enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, cooking flavoursome food which will become the focal point of their evening.

I have over 20 years experience within the hospitality industry. Having trained in culinary college as a teenager, I then went on to work in 4/5 star hotels as a pastry chef.

More recently I have managed kitchens in high volume seafood restaurants in Kent and Cornwall.

I am passionate about cooking for other and creating memorable evenings for my guests.
