Chef Anelise Anelise

Born on a farm in Brazil, I grew up surrounded by fresh ingredients from the land. Weekends were spent with my mother preparing homemade delights, from fresh milk cheese and farm eggs to artisan sausages while my Italian family traditions taught me the value of a generous table filled with people, food, and memories.

In Brazil, I ran a natural kitchen where I prepared and delivered healthy meals to employees of companies such as HSBC and Santander, using vegetables, milk, and eggs produced on the farm. After two years, I moved to London a lifelong dream to explore new cuisines and learn English.

I spent two years working in a gastropub in North London, followed by a four-star restaurant in Chelsea, where I discovered what was already in my blood: Italian cuisine. I later worked in events and, over the past year and a half, have dedicated myself fully to fresh pasta. At Padella in Borough Market, I had the opportunity to refine my skills and deepen my knowledge.

Since December 2024, I have embraced my true passion: working as a private chef. My goal is to create extraordinary experiences around the table, bringing people together through food and authentic flavours.
