My name is Anna Darling. I am a Cork based private chef with classical training from Le Cordon Bleu. After curating my skills in some of the top restaurants across the UK and Ireland, I now bring my expertise directly to clients’ homes. I have a passion for exceptional local Irish produce, from that I create ingredient led dishes that celebrate some of the best produce in the world. My approach combines refined technique with warm, thoughtful service, crafting memorable dining experiences rooted in quality and authenticity.
