With over 20 years of experience as a chef, and since 2020 working as a private chef and caterer, I bring a deep understanding of multiple cuisines and every aspect of kitchen operations.

My career spans roles from Commis Chef to Head Chef, and I have also run several restaurants, including The Rosendale in Dulwich, Criterion Restaurant in Piccadilly Circus, and Harry’s Bar & Brasserie.
