My very first “meal” was a salad I made when I was four years old. With a little help from my dad, I proudly chopped cucumber and tomatoes and couldn’t wait for everyone to try it. Ever since then, food has been a huge part of who I am.
Growing up in a culinary household, it felt inevitable that I would fall in love with cooking. As soon as I was old enough, I worked in pub kitchens, plating dishes and spending my spare time shadowing pastry chefs whenever I could.
No matter how busy life was growing up, one thing was always important in our home: sitting together around the table at the end of the day. Sharing food, stories, laughter, and conversation over a homemade meal became something I deeply valued, and that is exactly where the idea for A Table by Audrey was born.
Over the years, I’ve hosted supper clubs, cooked for countless celebrations, and become the dedicated holiday cook for friends and family. I love seeing people try new flavours, discover ingredients they wouldn’t usually choose, or simply enjoy a beautifully made, comforting meal together.
I strongly believe that good food doesn’t need to be overly complicated, inaccessible, or expensive to feel special. My aim is simple: to help people host effortlessly while enjoying restaurant-quality dining in the comfort of their own home.
My menus are inspired by flavours and dishes from around the world — from Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Mexican sharing feasts to refined French-inspired dining — always adapted to the occasion and the people around the table. I love the elegance of fine dining just as much as I love generous sharing plates designed to bring people together.
What started as a love for cooking and hosting for the people around me has now grown into A Table by Audrey, creating intimate dining experiences and memorable moments that feel both elevated and welcoming.
