I work with butcher-quality meats and fresh, farm-sourced produce, focusing on bold flavour, seasonality, and high standards of sourcing. My cooking is clean and considered, using quality fats for cooking and olive oil mainly for finishing, to keep dishes light, balanced, and full of natural flavour.
My aim is to deliver an elevated dining experience that feels both personal and restaurant-level, bringing fine dining standards directly to my clients.
