Caroline launched her first catering business in Stockholm in the early 1990s. Growing up in a restaurateur family, food and hospitality were part of her life from an early age.
Her move to London 23 years ago marked the start of a transformative culinary journey. Today, her cuisine celebrates seasonality and locality, blending Swedish heritage with the diverse influences of London.
Caroline works closely with ethical, local suppliers to create fresh, seasonal menus. Every menu is bespoke, designed to reflect each client’s unique occasion.
